The medalists among juniors of the ASBC Asian Youth & Junior Boxing Championships were determined in Dubai on August, 29

The 26 junior finals were held in Dubai during the ASBC Asian Youth & Junior Boxing Championships. India, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan had junior finalists today. 

For the very first time in the Asian boxing events history, two age groups, the juniors and the youths, participated in one championship. Male and female boxers who were born in 2003 and in 2004 are eligible to compete in the ASBC Asian Youth Boxing Championships. The younger talents who were born in the years of 2005 and in 2006 attended the ASBC Asian Junior Boxing Championships in Dubai.

The total number of junior boxers is 152, the number of youth athletes is 141. Altogether 293 boxers of 15 different nations are attending the championships in UAE.

The tenth competition day in Dubai

The youth finals will be held on the tenth competition day at the Asian Youth & Junior Boxing Championships in Dubai, UAE on August, 30. The competition starts at 15:00 local time , and will be live streamed  on AIBA YT channel
